Over 40,000 students have had their educations disrupted by Hurricane Sandy due to sustained damage at their schools. Many schools will be closed for extended periods, and learning will be difficult during the recovery efforts.
Noodle Education, in collaboration with the Education Industry Association, is providing this directory to connect K-12 students and their families with education providers volunteering their services to help students keep up with their grade levels. For those high school seniors applying to colleges, there is help with SAT/ACT preparation and application counseling. There are also volunteers for special education services.
Please contact these providers directly. Note that all of these services are being provided at no cost and are subject to limited availability.
If you are an education provider who would like to volunteer your services, please click below to be added to the directory. Questions? Here's our FAQ.
